Pricing & Specifications
- Prices at mpgsport.com are in displayed in the currency for your selected country/location. Prices for international countries outside of North America are converted based on $USD and the current conversion rate.
- Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Not all products are available in all areas due to local, provincial or federal laws.
- Prices for products purchased from mpgsport.com may vary due to currency fluctuations, duty rates, taxes and differing cost structures.
MPG Products
- Items purchased at a Retail Store cannot be returned or exchanged on our website and must be returned at the original place of purchase.
- MPG is not responsible for any damaged or defective items purchased from a retailer or third-party retailer.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are redeemable only on purchases made through our official online store unless otherwise specified.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.
- Gift cards cannot be reloaded or exchanged for another gift card.
- Gift cards can only be used on a single customer account profile.
- Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases (unless prohibited by law or subject to an expiration policy).
- If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- The risk of loss and title for the gift card pass to the purchaser upon sale. Gift cards are like cash. We are not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without our permission. Unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaced or refunded.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Returns for purchases made with a gift card will generally be credited back to the original gift card or issued as store credit, subject to our Return Policy.
- Gift cards may not be resold without prior authorization.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
- By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these general policies and any additional policies posted on our website.
- Terms are subject to change without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- MPG Sport cannot accept gift cards or gift certificates issued in a different currency/location than the currency/location the gift card is being redeemed in.
Promotions, Programs, Coupons and/or Discount Terms & Conditions
- Rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes can only be used one (1) time, apply to regular priced items only, are nontransferable, and cannot be used by or transferred to any other party, unless otherwise stated.
- Rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
Rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes do not apply to merchandise sold by wholesalers, liquidators, or third-party vendors. - Discount codes from time to time may be specific to a currency/location and cannot be used in another currency/location.
- Only one coupon and/or discount code can be used per person or household/address, unless otherwise stated.
- During special offers or promotions, any duplicate/multiple orders by the same person from the same household may be flagged and cancelled without notice. We reserve the right to prevent any abuse or misuse of our promotions.
- Rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes are not convertible to cash.
- MPG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes at any time in its sole discretion.
- MPG reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased using the rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes.
- MPG may immediately, without notice to you, (a) suspend or terminate your account, or (b) cancel your orders, in each case upon becoming aware of: (i) any fraud or abuse committed by you relating to MPG promotions, coupons and/or discounts, (ii) any misrepresentation of the information provided by you, or (iii) any system error that may result in a $0 (free) product, (iv) your failure to follow the terms and conditions of this agreement, or any other terms and conditions referred to herein.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the administration of rewards, programs, promotions, voucher and/or coupon and/or discount codes, and any disputes arising therefrom, will be resolved by MPG in its sole discretion.
