Sizing & Fabrics
To find your perfect fit, visit our women’s and men’s size charts. You'll find women's and men's size details specific to each brand, with measurements of our models and instructions for measuring yourself.

Ordering
We are unable to make any changes to your order, for example: add an item or change color or size. As soon as your order is placed, it is sent directly to our shipping department. However, we are able to cancel your order if it has not been processed by our shipping team. Contact us with your order number before 3:00 pm CST on the same business day your order was placed, or if your order was placed on a weekend, before 3:00pm on the following business day.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships. All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST and ship by 2pm EST each day.
Our carriers typically deliver within 5-10 business days, providing there are no delays due to weather or unforseen circumstances.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us with your order number before 4:00 pm EST on the same business day your order was placed, or if your order was placed on a weekend, before 4:00pm EST on the following business day.
Due to unexpected high demand, one or more of the products in your order were out of stock when your order was processed. The rest of your order will ship, and the product(s) that we removed from your order will be refunded.

Shipping
For orders under $149.00 Standard Ground Shipping (5-10 business days) is $13.99 (Canada) and $7.99 (USA) flat rate. For all orders over $149.00 (after discounts, before tax) Standard Ground Shipping is free, unless stated otherwise as part of a promotion. Any shipping promotion we offer is subject to change or discontinuation at any time.
Our shipping courier is unable to ship to a PO Box address and therefore requires a physical address to ship your order.
Yes! We now offer international shipping to select countries through our US website only.
We are pleased to offer $25 USD flat rate international shipping to these countries: Australia, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vatican City. Yes, we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We are currently unable to ship to addresses such as Guam, United States Virgin Islands, Northern Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.

Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you may request a Return or Exchange within 60 days (holiday extended window) of receiving your order shipped confirmation email. Each order qualifies for one free shipping label on either a Return or Exchange.

Yes! Returns are accepted on all regular priced and select sale items (NOT Final Sale) in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached). Exchanges are accepted on items in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached). Exchanges can only be done for the SAME item in a different size or color.

Return(s) and exchange(s) from the same order: If you have a return and an exchange from the same order, please submit two (2) separate Return/Exchange forms; one (1) for the item(s) you’ll be exchanging, one (1) for the item(s) you’ll be returning. Before mailing your item(s) back to us, please wait 24 hours to receive email approval that your return has been approved, or you may be subject to additional shipping fees. If all returns have been approved, please ship all return and exchange items in the same package with the first return label you received by email.

Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return package in the mail. Take note of the 5-digit tracking number that you receive when you submit your return/exchange to track the shipping of your return package.
Please note that it generally takes about 3-5 business days from when your refund is processed to be reflected on your statement. This timeline could change depending on how long it takes for your bank to process the refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges of items that were bought in a retail store. All returns, exchanges and/or warranty claims must go through the store, and the store's return policy will apply to the item(s).

No. Unless otherwise stated as part of the offer or promotion, we understand there are loopholes that can be exploited. In cases where we see multiple orders from similar customers and/or households, we reserve the right to investigate these transactions on a case-by-case basis and cancel them without notice. This is solely to protect our company from nefarious individuals who intend to carry out fraudulent and/or financial abuse of our offers.
