It’s super easy! You just have to sign up at the top of this page. Add your name, your email address and other information required and you’ll start collecting points!

First step is joining the reward program! Then you can get more points by adding your birth date, making a purchase or following us on social media.

There’s no limit to the amount of points you can earn!

All of our products are eligible to receive rewards points when purchased – with the exception of Warehouse (clearance) products – these are NOT eligible towards rewards points.

Sometimes, it can take a few minutes to process your activity. If it takes more than a week you can contact us at customerservice@mpgsport.com.

Select the tab called Rewards and you’ll see all the rewards levels available. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward and use that reward at checkout.

Please note: Rewards voucher codes cannot be stacked with other discounts and can only be used one at a time, that is, rewards codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and are valid for a maximum of $50 per order. Rewards codes cannot be converted into cash.

There is a minimum spend (cart subtotal) on each reward coupon.

Dollar amounts rewards:

• $5 reward = no minimum
• $10 reward = $60 minimum
• $20 reward = $70 minimum
• $30 reward = $80 minimum
• $40 reward = $90 minimum
• $50 reward = $100 minimum

Percent discount rewards:

• 10% reward = $100 minimum
• 15% reward = $150 minimum
• 20% reward = $200 minimum

When the points have been used, they cannot be re-issued.

To use your points during checkout you need to make sure you’re logged in first. Then, you can just redeem your points for a voucher in your rewards dashboard.

You can check out your point balance at the top of the page.

The points you earn after making a purchase will remain pending until the 14-day approval period has passed.

Our rewards points are on a rolling monthly basis, so if no rewards points have been redeemed within 13 months of being issued (via a purchase or other means of earning), the points will expire after 13 months of inactivity.

For example, if you received 500 rewards points in August of the current year and did not redeem those points within 13 months, in September of the following year the 500 points would expire and be deducted from your account.

You will receive an email from us 14 days prior to your rewards points expiring.

This can happen 13 months after your last order or if you cancelled or returned a purchase.

We have tiers that are re-evaluated every 13 months. Once you enter a tier, you can enjoy the benefits for a year. Just remember, if you don’t meet the spending requirement during that time, you might move down a tier. For example, to keep your Diamond Level perks like "free shipping", you need to spend at least $1,000 each year.
