Senior Graphic Designer

Mondetta is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing and Creative team. We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who can bring our brands to life through digital, print, email, social media, and retail marketing initiatives. As a senior member of the team, you will help maintain and evolve our visual identity while creating compelling creative that strengthens our brands and supports business growth.

What You Will Do

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop and execute creative that supports brand identity, business objectives, and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels.

  • Develop and execute creative assets across digital, print, email, social media, paid advertising,presentations, lookbooks, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Creative and Marketing teams to maintain and evolve Mondetta’s visual brand identity.
  • Own and maintain brand assets, including typography, colour palettes, presentation templates, image libraries, campaign materials, and creative resources.
  • Create compelling creative that supports brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal marketing initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Design and build email marketing assets and collaborate on digital campaign execution.
  • Support photography workflows through image selection, retouching, colour correction, image preparation, and file organization.
  • Create assets for both still and motion-based content, including video and animated creative where required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Stay current on fashion, retail, design, and digital marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, agency, or consumer brand environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, typography, layout, digital design, and campaign work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Figma and designing for digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for production.
  • Experience creating email marketing assets; familiarity with Klaviyo is considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or video-based creative is considered an asset.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute ideas.

Technical Designer

The Technical Designer works closely with the Designers, Buyers & Product Development Managers to execute the technical development of products/programs. In addition TDs work closely with manufacturers & vendors to ensure product specifications, fit & construction meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review new styles with Designers to understand vision and concept
  • Responsible for completing accurate technical packages on our system, and ensuring they are sent to the overseas manufacturers on time
  • Responsible for working with the graphics department to complete line sheets and logo artwork to send to overseas manufacturers
  • Work with the fit department using live models and body forms to assess fit, proportion, and overall styling of garments; inspect construction/workmanship
  • Provide detailed evaluation for each fit sample which may include pattern corrections, sketches, photos and fit comments to agents/vendors and overseas manufacturers
  • Work with private brands and in house labels approving lab dips, bulk fabric and trims
  • Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers
  • Following through from fit to shipment sample, prioritizing workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide support to other Technical Designers, and design department as required

Education & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in related University or College Fashion/Textile program
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, sewing, measuring and fitting
  • Previous work experience in similar roles in fashion/apparel industry will be a definite asset
  • Ability to communicate technical information to customers and overseas manufacturers
  • Basic computer skills a must, (knowledge of Mac, Photoshop, and Excel an asset)
  • Ability to organize work, manage time and schedule projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

West Coast Sales Representative

MPG (Mondetta Performance Gear), a division of Mondetta Canada, is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our MPG Wholesale Sales team and fill the role of West Coast Sales Representative.

The Wholesale Sales team within MPG plays a critical part in driving our brand forward and is focused on growing the business through new channels, new markets, and new categories. Reporting into the Director of Sales, the West Coast Sales Representative is a critical member of this team and key player in the continued growth of MPG in the active lifestyle apparel space. They will be responsible for partnering with the Director and cross functional teams to develop and execute the strategy, business development, and management of strategic wholesale partners within the territory of BC & AB.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with specialty retailers across multiple distribution channels, including but not limited to lifestyle/fashion boutiques, outdoor specialty stores, resorts/spas/golf courses, fitness studios, run specialty stores and gym/athletic clubs.
  • Meet and exceed seasonal sales goals. 
  • Forecast and plan out future season goals within territory. 
  • Use reporting to analyze opportunities within the territory by region and by account type. 
  • Expand distribution by opening new accounts while also growing existing account base. 
  • Conduct quarterly meetings in the MPG showroom, digitally, and in person on the road.
  • Travel in the territory to prospect new stores, check inventory in existing stores, gain reorders, ensure product is properly merchandised, educate staff on the MPG brand and cultivate relationships with buyers/owners/managers. 
  • Attend regional tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings. 
  • Help plan and execute retail-marketing initiatives in territory.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales; preferably in wholesale sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Familiarity with the apparel market and the MPG brand an asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.   
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Understanding of B2B ecommerce platform, NuOrder is preferred. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail math is a plus. 
  • Ability to self-manage, handle several projects, and exercise time management independently. 
  • Ideally has strong relationships with buyers and specialty stores within the territory. 
  • Must live in the territory, have a valid driver's license and car. 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers.
