What You Will Do
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop and execute creative that supports brand identity, business objectives, and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute creative assets across digital, print, email, social media, paid advertising,presentations, lookbooks, and other brand touchpoints.
- Partner with the Creative and Marketing teams to maintain and evolve Mondetta’s visual brand identity.
- Own and maintain brand assets, including typography, colour palettes, presentation templates, image libraries, campaign materials, and creative resources.
- Create compelling creative that supports brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal marketing initiatives, and business priorities.
- Design and build email marketing assets and collaborate on digital campaign execution.
- Support photography workflows through image selection, retouching, colour correction, image preparation, and file organization.
- Create assets for both still and motion-based content, including video and animated creative where required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Stay current on fashion, retail, design, and digital marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, agency, or consumer brand environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, typography, layout, digital design, and campaign work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience using Figma and designing for digital platforms.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for production.
- Experience creating email marketing assets; familiarity with Klaviyo is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or video-based creative is considered an asset.

What You Will Do
As our Accounting Clerk, you will support the accurate processing of financial transactions and help ensure the smooth operation of accounts payable, retail accounting, and month-end activities across the organization.
- Process vendor invoices and accurately enter accounting transactions within the accounting system.
- Review and reconcile invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Perform daily accounting transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and maintaining financial records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account inquiries.
- Support the accounting requirements of Mondetta's retail operations, including processing and reconciling transactions from retail locations.
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions between retail stores and head office while ensuring accurate allocation of expenses and transactions.
- Assist with month-end accounting activities, including posting journal entries and preparing supporting documentation.

What You Will Do
As our Sourcing Specialist, you will support supplier compliance, certification management, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination throughout the sourcing and supply chain process.
- Maintain supplier, factory, and certification information within internal databases and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and tracking of sustainability and product certifications, including GRS, GOTS, OCS, RDS, and related programs.
