Long before Mondetta/MPG became a certified B Corp™ committed to using business as a force for good, philanthropy and community involvement, virtually from inception, were core values to which the organization adhered.

From its annual golf tournament that raised funds for the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg over its nearly 20-year history to establishing a Foundation to assist children in East Africa, Mondetta/MPG, as a company, believes in supporting worthwhile causes/organizations and helping those in need is the right thing to do.

Recently, as social justice causes and issues have come to the forefront of our collective consciousness, the company has made donations in support of Black justice, the LGBTQ+ community, the fight for women’s rights to reproductive autonomy, and reflecting the company’s ties to its local community in Winnipeg, indigenous peoples initiatives such as a $150,000 donation to the Business Council of Manitoba’s Indigenous Education Awards and a $30,000 donation to the United Way in support of the social services the organization provides.
