E-Commerce Manager

As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, growth, and customer experience of our online store. From daily operations to big-picture growth initiatives, you will manage all aspects of our digital storefront—ensuring it drives revenue, reflects our brand, and delivers a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a digital growth strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Identify and execute initiatives to increase conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention
Site Management
- Oversee product uploads, collections, navigation, and on-site merchandising
- Ensure the site is always optimized for performance, mobile usability, and SEO best practices
- Manage day-to-day operations, including site QA and issue resolution
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing on product launches, email flows, paid media campaigns, and promotions
- Analyze performance of campaigns and iterate to improve ROI and CAC
Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium, on-brand shopping experience from landing to checkout to post-purchase
- Coordinate with customer service to address issues and gather insights for improvement
Data & Analytics
- Monitor and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, cart abandonment, and LTV
- Use insights to drive optimization tests and strategic decisions
Platform & Integrations
- Manage e-commerce tech stack (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Evaluate and implement new tools and apps that enhance performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years in e-commerce or digital retail, preferably in fashion or consumer goods
- Proven track record of growing DTC online revenue
- Deep understanding of Shopify (or equivalent platforms), Klaviyo, and performance marketing tools
- Strong eye for design, merchandising, and UX best practices
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to execute quickly
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator will ensure orders are delivered to the customer on-time in the most efficient, timely and cost-effective manner, in accordance with their compliance and Mondetta's standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise shipments, ensuring on time delivery to the client
- Ensure claims regulations are adhered to by supplier
- Ensure customer compliance is understood by supplier and carrier
- Troubleshoot late deliveries and various shipping & distribution concerns
- Liaise with external carriers to ensure shipments deliver according to schedule
- Flexibility in responding to changing business needs/requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiar with lnternational shipping and distribution
- Understanding of US and Canada Customs Duty laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with shipments, containers and loading processes and requirements
- Garment industry experience is preferred

Reporting to our Design Director, the Designer is responsible for the development of new designs to enhance the company’s business, market share and profitability. Based on sales data and market research, Designers forecast future trends and help formulate the company’s product strategy. In line with the strategy the Designer develops new collections starting with CADs and then making physical samples partnering with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and other departments. The Designer works with our internal teams to develop custom product for each specific brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Accessories & packaged Basics collections for in-house brands. This design role will be focused Accessories but flexibility to work on various programs will be an asset. Accessories include, but are not limited to, bags, hats, socks, intimates & equipment in the activewear space.
- Create line sheets for product development teams and for overseas factory use.
- Create storyboards/inspiration boards for upcoming collections.
- Forecast fabrication, silhouette, print, colour, and trends.
- Follow through from design creation to sample development.
- Work with offshore vendors and manufacturers as well as internal teams to bring samples to fruition.
- Responsible for portion of collection from a design, colour, intention and construction standpoint.
- Work closely with sales and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the designs suit the clients, consumer, market, and end user.
Performance Standards
- Successfully captures and interprets seasonal trends apt for their customer requirements based on design, fabric, color/prints. Digestible for internal & external stakeholders.
- Creates line sheets with accurate information and details for product developments teams & factories to be interpreted with ease.
- Successfully prioritizes and manages workload independently.
- Understands products & presents collections well with customers and with internal teams.
- Understands customer’s processes and requirements.
- Displays resilience and commitment with the updating processes of consistently adapting programs.
- Maintains communication with the Design Director keeping them appraised of critical incidents and escalating issues at the right time.
- Seeing larger picture than day to day and understanding company goals and how they relate to their program.
- Aligns well with company’s B Corp initiatives and considers carbon footprint impacts in their daily actions.
Qualifications
- University graduate in Fashion Arts or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Accessories
- Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Possesses fiber, yarn and fabric knowledge with a key emphasis on performance fabrications
- Knowledge of garment construction and fit
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Seasonal travel will be required

The ‘Senior Manager – Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)’ is responsible for overseeing the companies environmental, social & corporate governance policies and procedures. The ‘Senior Manager – ESG’ reports to the ‘Executive Director – Supply Chain’. The position will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to achieve the policy goals of Mondetta in regards to ESG best practice and standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead & coordinate HIGG Index requirements with internal stakeholders, supply chain partners and the Sustainable Apparel Coalition.
- Lead & coordinate B Corp certification requirements with internal stakeholders, supply chain partners and B Corp auditors directly.
- Outline, manage and monitor a Carbon Neutrality strategy for Mondetta. Tracking of Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions required. Onboarding Mondetta with science-based targets.
- Monitoring and implementing company goals related greenhouse gas emission and carbon footprints.
- Outline, manage and monitor Mondetta’s Circular Economy initiatives.
- Conduct ESG training for internal staff, supply chain partners and customers as needed.
- Document ESG data for distribution to Mondetta’s marketing team, filter information to the marketing and e-commerce teams quarterly to ensure clarity and transparency in story-telling.
- Research new sustainability initiatives, ignite new projects as initiatives are adopted.
- Identify all key potential social and environmental impacts and risks of transactions and ensure that their magnitude and significance are well understood by internal stakeholders
- Conduct consultations with stakeholders in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Report and manage data
- Candidate will be responsible for reporting on such policies & data disseminate good practices and generated knowledge.
- Manage the ‘ESG department’, leading ESG Coordinator to support departmental requirements as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: An advanced degree (Masters or equivalent) in environmental engineering, environmental project management, environmental sciences, environmental law or relevant field required. Alternatively, relevant industry experience may be accepted.
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience working with private sector firms (preferably apparel manufacturing and overseas production) to identify environmental/social risks and develop mitigation measures to ensure compliance with good international industry practice.
