It’s super easy! You just have to sign up at the top of this page. Add your name, your email address and other information required and you’ll start collecting points!
There are different ways... First step is joining the reward program (obviously). Then you can get more points by referring to a friend, adding your birth date, making a purchase or following us on social media.
You can check out your point balance at the top of the page.
Select the tab called Rewards and you’ll see all the rewards levels available. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward and use that reward at checkout.
Our rewards points are on a rolling monthly basis, so if no rewards points have been redeemed within 12 months of being issued (via a purchase or other means of earning), the points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
For example, if you received 500 rewards points in August 2022 and did not redeem those points within 12 months, in August 2023 the 500 points would expire and be deducted from your account.
There’s no limit to the amount of points you can earn!
All of our products are eligible to receive rewards points when purchased – with the exception of Warehouse (clearance) products – these are NOT eligible towards rewards points.
Unfortunately, the points waiting for validation will become canceled.
This can happen one year after your last order or if you or someone you referred cancelled or returned a purchase.
To use your points during checkout you need to make sure you’re logged in first. Then, you can just redeem your points for a voucher in your rewards dashboard.
You can share your URL on your social media or with anyone you’d like to share it with with the exception of coupon or deal sites. If you have a blog, you can definitely share it on it.
When the points have been used, they cannot be re-issued.
