With family ties to Barbados and Europe, NYC based model @chavisthill knows first hand how important diversity is. “Diversity and inclusion to me, especially in the modeling industry, means realizing that every single person represents thousands or millions of people who look just like them. Giving unique people a chance to be in front of the lens gives others who look like them the chance to feel represented. It can make such an impact and give people confidence to chase dreams that they once believed were unattainable because they never saw someone who looked like them, living out their own dreams.”
