Website Content Designer

Mondetta/MPG is looking for an excellent web designer who loves fashion, has proven experience in website development, and can create & maintain all website content and also manage product for our brands. This enthusiastic applicant should apply those skills, sometimes using web coding techniques, in the design and maintenance of our Ecommerce websites and email campaigns, while working closely with our marketing department.

Responsibilities:

You will be a key person in helping grow our Ecommerce business by:

  • Providing sophisticated web solutions that reflect our marketing strategies to increase sales and traffic on our websites
  • Building clean, sophisticated layouts using our robust content management system, while adhering closely to our brand's marketing strategies
  • Creating seasonal product entries in our online stores, uploading associated assets (imagery and details), and organizing the flow and categorization of those products to provide the best possible user experience for our online customers
  • Configuring and optimizing related applications (Reviews, Rewards, etc.) to increase AOV while delivering the best possible user experience
  • Implementing the latest strategies & trends with regular updates to the websites' features and functionality
  • Building email campaigns and setting up workflows in our email provider application
  • Researching and communicating effectively with third-party developers

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree from a reputable technical college or university
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in website development
  • Have excellent working knowledge of UI/UX web coding skills using current HTML and CSS
  • You excel at troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Strong English and communication skills
  • Have a strong sense of typography, with excellent spelling, grammar and typing skills
  • You work with others in an organized manner, accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Apple OS, but you can also operate Microsoft Windows when applicable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge and operation of Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of email platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo is an asset
  • Have some experience/knowledge in Google Analytics and understand SEO
  • Knowledge of Shopify and its Liquid coding language is an asset
  • Knowledge of Javascript is an asset
  • Knowledge of Github / version control is an asset

Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will manage customer orders from initial order through to delivery, as well as:

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Monitor customer orders, review status and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Order entry.
  • Style information maintenance in system.
  • Provide customer service to internal divisions.
  • Work internally with teams to maintain data in systems.
  • Report on customer orders as required.
  • Process returns and exchanges.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Work with internal divisions to provide required information.
  • Document all call/email information according to standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Blue Cherry Software an asset
  • Required language proficiency
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
  • Good data entry and typing skills
